  1. Fat intake with 1-Andro/4-AD doses?

    I don't. Im currently running 1andro, 4ad and decavol. As far as I know the conversion takes place in your mouth and does not require any simultaneous fat intake. I'm 3 weeks in and up about 6lbs and down 2% body fat.
