    i've noticed that most of peoples using water . can i get to know why not milk ? there's some problem if we make one with some milk or it's unhealthy way ? any way idea of peanut butter is Good for more protiens . best of luck

    yes all enegrgy drinks and other drinks have some preservatives . why u just can't drink some fresh juices if u really wana drink something >? And it's Healthy tho . it will take sometimes to make fresh juice but it's really healthy .

    hi friend everyone eat eggs in their own way . like some peoples like to eat it as boild and some peoples eat as raw . and benefits are same . and if u wana know about danger of eat raw eggs . then it can in only one case if someone has food allergy . otherwise it's fine .

    Every Morning i try to eat some boild eggs , some peanut butter and some bananas . i think this is a healthy breakfast . if u think there should be add something more then please share with me . And i eat eggs with yolks not just egg white .
