I can only say that I didn't see any results, only some water weight that I agree shouldn't be happening. My diet has not changed at all during this period so I found it odd. I am going off of it to see if the weight goes away. I noticed no change at all in my loads or ball size.
Thanks all. I have noticed more stomach weight since taking it. My diet has remained consistent and all of a sudden I have more fat (or water retention-not sure which) in the stomach and sides. I guess I'll stop for a while and see if that changes. Thanks again all.
