- When I am not hard at work pursuing my bodybuilding goals, I am a full time weapons and tactics instructor in Virginia. The rigors of competing and working a full time position as an instructor, have taught me to approach life with zest and a positive attitude. That same zest and positive energy I want to bring to the gym everyday. My heart and soul go into every rep. Outside of the gym and work I have three beautiful children that I adore and strive to spend as much time as I can with. My wife is my best friend and my #1 supporter. I believe the two MOST powerful things in this world are your heart and mind. I don't believe in giving up, to quit is to give up is to fail
