Agreed. Eat more. More carbs too. I thought id be happy at 200 too. As you get bigger you become accustomed to your size and feel youre still not big enough.
500mg test e/wk. 6 weeks in and ive got a mild cold. Doesnt effect lifting at all. Any precautions I should take or recommendations on cycle safe cold medicine?
As far as diet goes. Ive always been told. "If you think youre eating enough, you need to eat more." Usually some bloodwork will let you know if your stuff is legit.
