TODAY IS SCHEDULED TO BE A OFF DAY BUT LAST ARM DAY WAS LACKING SO WENT IN AND DID SOME BIS PRETTY GOOD WORKOUT GOT A GOOD PUMP GOING. MAXED OUT ON BENCH GOT 310 THATS UP 25lbs ALMOST HAD 315 MAYBE NEXT WEEK. TOMORROW IS 5X5 CHEST,BACK,SHOULDERS AND TRAPS
