    Interesting thank you, until now I've been mostly natural power lift training, but I got a bit of money now and figure to give supplements a shot again after about 6-7 months without them. So in other words I should be trying to get 100grams of creatine in 5 days wait 3 weeks and do it again?

    Out of curiosity and no I'm not planning on using steroids anytime soon what are serms and PCT? Also does anyone think it would actually be possible to make a type of steroid with literally no possible side effects?
