Here is how I have ran it.
D1-2: 20mcg
D3-4: 40mcg
D5-6: 80mcg
Next 4 weeks: 100mcg
Then taper down the same way u went up for the last week. This way you are getting the most out of the cycle.
I did this about 2 months ago going from 218 to 230. I'm down to 225 and holding well. I ran nolva for a week and that was it, granted I wasn't shut down at all. Probably starting nxt week I will be doin the same with pheraplex. Good luck.
I jst started doin this about a month ago and this is the routine I do.
10 min: jogging
1 min all out then 1 min walk: I do this for 10 min
8 min: jogging
2 min: cool down.
After 30 min I'm beat
This is the one thing that hits me while on and even harder when coming off. I jst had a 90 yr old patient that was jst tellng me how much she appreciated how nice I was and how thankful she was to have me come help her and I'm over here tearing up like a baby! Rrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
I ran 2 weeks of T3 and clen. Had some good results. Loss about 5lbs and a few inches off the waist. Ran T3 at 50mcg starting off then up to 75 mcg. Ran the clen at 75mcg goin up to 100mcg. I have ran T3 before and did not ramp down and never had a rebound ( I did not ramp down this time ) but...
