im a 30 year old raw power lifter. i own a small gym in harlan ky. im a very happily married man and the father of 6 great kids.i like to compete in local powerlifting competitions and have done quite well in them so far. my goal is to be benching 450 pounds by the end of summer. and eventually break the harlan county raw benchpress record of 585
