Im 24, in cali. Have been lifting for about 6 years, currently on a cutting phase. High protein low carb diet. High intensity vokume training. I work in a nutrition shop so logging 3 to 4 times a week isnt a problem.
Im in! So you have a stime free one? I currently pound out 2 to 3 hours a day. Mixed training with cardio. Most pre workouts give me stomach aches so i cant do so much. I do a mixture of high reps and heavy weight. Been training for 5 years. I am 23.
If your starting of again keep the smaller muscle groups at a range of 3 set 12 to 15 reps, id say even 15 to 25 reps on 1st or last set to either warm up or burn out
4 to 5 sets for larger muscle groups, rep range of 6 to 12, pyramid up the weight
Stick wih the basic, use different techniques. Pyramid, 5x5, 10 x 10, drop sets, etc. Ive had great results wih adding size to my chest by just doing, incline bench press, bench press, decline bench press, flyes and push ups. Throw in dips for fun

If your "bulking" and not getting results then you are obviously not bulking.
Your body isnt recieving enough sources to replenish itsself and rebuild. When bulking i usually do 1.5 g of protein, 2g of carbs and .5 g of fat per lean body lb. I try to time my meals, eat whenever im hungry and...
