About Me
I do crossfit 6 days a week and have been doing so for about 8 months as of 8/12. I've been a gym rat for about 5 years. The first 3 years I tried typical bodybuilding exercises 5/6 days a week with typical healthy bodybuilding diet and lost motivation. Crossfit has been a miracle for me, but I still have some weaknesses in the chest and quads. I tried CF a couple years ago and hurt my back maxing on a front squat... So you can maybe say i fit the definition of insane, but I really enjoy the social, hiit, rubber plates, and competitive aspects of CF. This time im trying my best not to sacrifice form for times in the gym. I feel like I just found the gym and started seeing results for the first time. Hello motivation!!
