Meal 1 = 3 Egg Whites 2 Whole Eggs, 1 Cup oatmeal and 1 banana
Meal 2 = 1/2 can light tuna, 2 slices of wheat bread & 1 tbsp of fat-free mayo
Meal 3 = Chicken breast (6oz), 1 sweet potato, 1/2 can light syrup mixed fruit
Meal 4 = 8oz...
