I've been in Bodybuilding for 8 years and I know almost all there is to know. I need no other help. Over the past 5 years I've spent over 3,300 Hrs in the gym. I am HardxCORE. The most I gained from one gym schedule was 41 lbs. in a matter of 10 weeks. I had failed my initial goal of gaining 100 lbs in ten weeks. My goal was in reach, but I let it slip away from me. Currently I'm taking a chill session with no gym and without proper meals. I ended the aforementioned ten weeks weighing in at 202.6 Lbs. Since that time, I have dropped 20 Lbs. But I'm not worried. I will gain that back and even more while reaching my goal of 260 Lbs by summer. But I'm not ready to hit the gym just yet. I'm waiting untill after my spring break.
