Artist musician-3rd year into body buidling. Was unhealthy as a kid into my early 20s-Heavy Carb based diet-pigging out on buffets, sweets and alcohol.
Got tired of being fat and turned into a cardio bunny for a year-burned a lot of muscle and became skinny fat and flabby-Waisted my 1st year and a half and made barely any noob gains wondering around the gym trying different machines, flat bench BB press and DB curls w/ no real results because diet was **** and my ego was worse.
Did my research, cut out the cardio, got on the anabolic diet and am now on a 5-6 day split in my quest to get ripped cut and jacked. Always open to suggestion and new workouts. Hoping to gain some insight from this website and its users to assist me on my journey. I went from 260lbs to currently at a plateu at 210lbs in the mid teens for BF%
