Well the cycle came to a close yesterday. Final weigh in was at 269.6. So I'm very pleased with this 4 week run. Acne flair up was rough on this cycle. So I'll be happy for that to clear in up!
Yes but I hate benching in the power rack and our benches don't have safety rails. That's really it for me. Having to dump weight on the bench is lame lol.
Entering the last week here at 266.0. So 15 lbs in 3 weeks so far. Filling out nice. I'm not able to train real hard this week on certain movements as my elbow tendinitis has flared up badly. So I'm resting it and performing some physiotherapy exercises to restore it.
Looks to me like your upper back is limiting you in the video. A bet with a bigger air before you drop and really retract the shoulder blades together you'll nail it. You were just getting used to the 500 being on there [emoji106]?
You don't know til you try it. I'm willing to try anything once for muscle growth. Been doing them two weeks now to try it out and my shoulders are rounder and fuller noticeably.
