Thanks for the advice guys. I can only get 40mg tabs and I've been told cutting them in half won't give me 20mg because the dosage isn't evenly distributed through the tab. I am definitly going for the 2 week on/off cycle. I had no idea about the benadryl! Thanks for that! -
