I just went through something similar. Bought havoc off of ebay - guy had same story - wondering if its the same one. Anyway, got the bottle with no exp date and no lot no. Did you ever find out if it was real or not? Haven't opened mine yet - going to write to the seller tomorrow. Anyway, look...
