Day 6:
Chest/tris/calves
Day 7:Shoulders/bis/quads
Day 8:back/tris/hamstrings
Day 9:Chest/calves
Day 10:Bis/shoulders
Weight is up 4 pound from the start.
Day 2: Rubbed the pumps on my chest/shoulders/arms, it dries fairly easily.
my pct is nolva 20/20/10/10+ PCS 4/4/4/4 easy and solid.
Planning to do legs at the gym, will record how my workout went and strength in main lifts.
This is going to be a simple log of me stacking these two products.

I was wondering if I should do a 4 week pulse at 50-60mgs 3x/week, or 8 week 30mg3x/week give your opinions
plan for this cycle was cut alot of bf and save muscle , or maybe i'll cut as long as i'm running prop and lean bulk while on epi.
