    Messed up cycle

    2 weeks before pct and 4 weeks through PCT. Osta can be used to help keep gains made from a cycle and maybe even continue with gains during PCT is what I was getting suggesting. I don't know if using ostarine after your PH run is over for weeks before starting your actual PCT would be wise...

    I would just run the osta until you are finished with your cycle and all the way through PCT. People have used osta and made even more gains during their PCT.

    Glad to be here! I see this Enhanced you speak of, looks interesting, I have to force myself a few weeks off stims then looking for a new pre-workout to try, Just went through 3 tubs of jack3d love the stuff but the 1-3 Dim is killing my heart it feels like lmao.     Calorie surplus

    2-300 calories over maintenance would be good to stay lean during bulk. 500 cals over is a pound a week and you will for sure get more fat gains than muscle. I would try adding around 0.5 lbs a week to keep fat to the minimum.
