Agree with everything here and I experienced the exact same when I ran it for a year straight. I personally ran 2iu for a while then bumped up to 4iu during a blast, then dropped back down to 2iu post-blast. By far the most transformative year I’ve had. I know a lot of folks run higher doses... -
