    I use to drink Banana milk shake for strength and muscles. My trainer suggest me to drink to gain body weight and muscles. I do not eat pizzas, and other spicy things. I am only taking healthy and perfect body diet.

    Food is important after gym because we need energy after doing exercise. We should avoid eating anything before going to bed because eating before sleeping is dangerous for stomach.

    I am impressed with this cutting diet. I think for cutting it is good to decrease the amount of protein in food and it is good to eat some natural and low calorie food like vegetables.
