Blood Results Are in ! Not happy !!
So I've just realised that the post I posted last week didnt even upload so im sorry about that ! It was just to explain that I had finished my 8 week run of the sups and was was waiting on blood results which turned out very disappointing !!
So at the start...
Day 45
All is still going well I actually managed to beat my Bench press PR again last week by 5kg some I'm absolutly over the moon with that ! Ive added some cardio in now just twice a week as I was getting abit of a round head 🤣

Day 36
So I've had a diet change basically just to see how the sups effect me on a lower carb diet, I'm still taking my FD with carbs but dropped about 100g carb a day
I'm still feeling energised and having great workouts and my tummy is deffo looking dryer and leaner , vascularity is still...
Yea I have experienced abit of groggyness in the mornings to he honest , almost like I slept to long or deep but its becoming less of an issue !

To be fair the past two nights I've taken zma I've felt fine and body temp has been much better so many like you say I may have had a deficiency

I had a weigh in yesterday and I've gone up 9lbs to 189 whilst looking leaner than I did when I started !!!!

Another great work out ! Squats gone up 2.5kg as planned with out much of a struggle and over all feeling really strong !
I am getting abit bored of the 20 red squat programme but I really want to see it out , I think I have 2 weeks left so I'm going to have a weigh in tomorrow and see...
Day 9 and 10 (rest days)
I slightly pulled my calf so I wanted to give it a couple days off, Despite being off I've remained fairly pumped which is Fu#$ing awesome ! The Mrs even said I looked Fit so it's been a good day !!
