Looking to get some opinions on natty test boosters. Tried bioforge and didn't do anything for me (last year).
Am now looking into Athletic Edge Nutrition APE and BPI A-HD
Any opinions on the above two or suggestions? What can I stack with for best results (looking to put on lean muscle)
I alwayss like to increase the weight each week. If you did 225x4 on bench one week, the next week you have to push yourself and try 235x2 or whatever you can handle just to keep the muscle working. Remember if you stay at the same weight each week your body will get accustomed to it and will...
I do this split and I like it a lot. Works for me because I can blast my bis or tris to the fullest instead of combining tris with chest for example where they are usually shot after a heavy chest workout
