Genuinely, without Hyperbole, the greatest supplement I have ever, ever, ever taken for bringing up lagging body parts to an astounding level.
6-7 pumps per day. I prefer 2 applications per day so 3-3.5 twice a day. Use as much skin as possible and apply to areas of thin skin like upper chest, delts, sides of stomach and inner thighs.
