Well, it's good to see that there's a supplement company that is actually defending AMP citrate instead of just rolling over and removing it from their products entirely like many of other companies are doing.
I like how it isn't mentioned how much protein should be in a high protein diet. Is it 1g/lb of bw per day, more? Less? High protein is a very vague term.

It should be derived from soy. King uses mediator for its source of pa, which is made by chemi nutra. It doesn't outright say that it is derived from soy, but I'm assuming that since they funded the study that shows that pa from soy is better that that is where they are getting their pa.
I'm gonna wait a while before I pull the trigger on any of these epi supplements. As he said in the article, it's promising, but there is not enough evidence to suggest that supplementing epi is directly correlated to increased muscle growth. Additionally, the price will probably start to go...
Only thing is, all the people that have used a serm used it for a while. For example ~8 weeks. I wonder if I only use it for 4 week if I would need a serm.
