    Anybody know what o can take over counter to get rid of estrogen. Tried erase!. I'm on trt therapy bug still getting some acne. Wondering If it's from estrogen spikes. Doctor doesnt seem to Care. Heard calcium works good. Any thing out there to kill off high amounts of estrogen.

    I see on other chats that some run high doses of test. What levels do the sides most likely kick in? I'm also curious to know how some if not most people tend to bulk up. In my case I get leaner with good muscles at the lower doses. Wonder why so many run high levels

    Reason I asked was cause at soome points my levels were high. As your test goes up so does estrogen. When test goes down estrogen does not. Yes the blood work is good for test levels.     My test levels at 40 yrs old should be 355-1000. I'm around 800-1200 at times around 750. But I'm getting some sensitivity in my nipples. Also lately I have taken on a whole new body change over the last 5 months. Leaned out and got very vascular. Didn't know if the test is causing the changes.
