- raising animal for consumption uses a large amount of earth-resource
My main objection is the lack of discussion with limiting carb intake - the real health villain irrespective of plant/animal.

- Niacin
- CoQ10
- O3 fish oil
- 83mg aspirin
- 4000 iu D3
