how much do you weigh? I am at 165 and thinking about maybe just two a day for a week, to assess lethargy. when I was on SD I was around 200, two caps a day was making me drag ass by noon.

About 9 years ago, Sci-Fit made a cyclodextrin product that had what hormone related items were available at the time. it actually made me crave protein! and I had no desire for carbs! it was a time of fat loss, and muscle growth!
something I have found that is quick and easy to take to work. Is a shake consisting of 1 cup ground oats = 54g carbs, 1 packet carnation instant breakfast =27g carbs, 5g protein 1 scoop protein = 3g carbs, 22g protein, total 84g carbs and 27g of protein mix with cold water. hint on the oats...
Have you guys seen the price of this stuff! Back in the day, you could do a decent cycle for about the same price. hopefully NP will lower the price a bit.
