    I usually eat a lot before I drink. That way the alcohol can be digested with the food and won't hit as hard. Also, I typically drink hella water or gatorade. But I've never tried the coconut milk thing. Sounds like a good idea.

    Sorry. I forgot to mention what flavor I tried. It was the fruit punch and I really liked it. I don't know about anyone else, but it was good. Highly recommend it...for flavoring of course. But I don't know which supplement produces the best results.
