48 6'5" 315
Looking to lose weight and recomp my body. Also working toward my first powerlifting meet in July 2016.
Hoping to get info on supplements, training and nutrition.
Target goals are squat-315, bench-315 deadlift-500
My goals are:
1- Lose at least another 40 pounds to go with the 40 I lost this year
2- Participate in my first powerlifting meet
3- 500 lb deadlift, 315 bench, 315 squat
