Article: Green Tea Anabolic Effects
I completely understand what this article is talking about. However I'm curious to know if green tea in a tablet form would give a better more concentrated result. The concerning factor is finding the green tea in as pure form as possible. Thanks for any responses. Luke- LukeEvo
