    I had 2 great 8 week runs with ostarine at 25 mg ED. Recomp was the goal both times. Never ran LGD before but most ppl will prob recommend it over ostarine.

    You might want to go a little higher than 30, also I wouldn't waste your time with 20 the first week. Epistane is a great compound, I really think you are going to love it. I gained 12lb and my waste got smaller on 6 weeks of it at 30,45,45,45,45,45.

    Thanks for all the responses guys. One last follow up question- Could invictus be ran alongside an Epistane/dermacrine cycle or would it be best saved for pct. PCT will already include nolva, natty test booster, and tudca. (Exem towards the end)
