    im a week into my cycle now. Gainns are coming. didnt expect them untll week 2 1/2 or 3 but more vascular harder and filling out nicely. no real sides bar small bit of acne but nothing serious ? ill post up pics soon. thanks again for your advice and support !!

    Gonna get the hawthorn berries tomorrow. When should I take them. I'm taking my h-drol and milk thistle 4 hours apart so will I take it with the milk thistle ?
