    dude i suggest you do a little reading on pct and look up other hdrol cycles. Don't start without a complete pct. even though hdrol is not one of the heaviest ph, I would still take a SERM to be on the safe side. Can you list what your cycle is gonna look like? any cycle support?

    You train the same way bro.. you don't go as heavy as you did on a cycle but you don't go too light where you gonna stop growing. I would look into a product called bridge. it is suppose to hold you between cycles. but you want to eat and train enough to keep your gains.
