    Dexaprine does have Rauwolfia Serpentina which is standardized for Rauwolscine. I didn't know they banned this from Australia and Italy till I read about it two days ago.

  4. Fav Stim free preworkout?

    Hemavol has been my stim free pre workout for a while and love it especially during cardio. Body Forge was also another one I use to use which wasn't bad.
  5. how many times a week do you train abs?

    I've barely done abs in a year and since I've cut my abs are showing up like crazy. It's really all about diet and reducing body fat % to be honest. If you have that established then you should have abs in no time.

    I'm cutting for my show which is in 3 weeks. Only thing I've been recently taking is Dexaprine XR, Isotean, Creatine Mono, Hemavol, and in the a.m I'll drink some black coffee before my cardio.

    Conquer Enhanced Black coffee for me I've also tried GNC's pre workout and it wasnt bad. I think it had like 400 mg of caffeine.

    Everything I make I use pam. If I have to use butter then i'll use that "I can't believe it's not butter" but that's is almost a last resort.

    You can try Joint Help for your joint pains since one of the ingredients is cissus quadrangularis. I usually take about 1 gram-2 grams of fish oil.

    I use Isotean. Used it for my bulk but mostly for my cutting stage of my prep. It's lean and if I need extra carbs I blend it with some old fashion oats.

    This! Try to have a high protein diet while watching your carbs and fats. I've been cutting for 4 weeks and I've used Isotean in the morning, mid-day, and evening since it's a lean source of protein. I eat egg whites and tuna in the a.m, I'll have two-three 1 cup brown rice and 8 oz chicken...
