    Agreed, thing is with good sleep you feel very strong at the gym which is great! I have had minor acne but got rid of it by increasing water intake.

    Not as much as before. our bodies adapt pretty fast. What you need to is change your workout routine. What helps me get sore is burning out after lifting heavy! also try super-stets and less break times. so ill do my regular bench-press routine (5 sets 10-12 reps heavy) then ill add a burn...
