Knew to Powerlifting but, have recently fell in love with it after meeting and getting a chance to train weekly with the one and only Sam Byrd. I am looking to be the best I can period flat.
My life time goals are a 800 squat/ 500 Bench/ 800 Deadlift all RAW in what ever weight class it takes me to get it whether its 198 or SHW I don't care. I know I have a long way to go but, baby steps right?
