I've tried being harsh with friends before and it just strained the friendship. People are going to do what they are going to do. If you workout with them, Just give them the information they need, and what they choose to do with the information is up to them. That's the best way I find to help...
I find the best thing to do is drinks a sports drink before you go to bed, then second one when you wake up in the middle of the night to clear out the first one.
I love how craft beer is becoming much more popular now. It seems like every year there are hundreds of new brewers opening for business in every country. So many great new beers to try! I like darker beers. Ports and stouts. The darker the better!
