    Breakfast - Either eggs/farmer sausage or cereal (no sugary ones, usually fibre ones) Lunch - Sandwich of lean ham, turkey, etc. Snack - Vegetables or fruits Dinner - Chicken/pasta or more vegetables/fruits I drink a bit of milk and eat chedder/cottage cheese a bit (I work at a cheese plant)...

    Well I have started weight lifting recently, trying to gain some muscle/lose weight as I try for the police force. I have gained about 40 lbs in the past 4-5 years since I left highschool, some in muscle but a large portion in fat simply because I got on a really bad eating diet and poor choice...
