Hi, my name is Chad, i have been lifting off and on since my freshman my freshman year of highschool. I am now 24 and have finally got the motivation to hit the gym consistantly i have been going 5-7 days a week now for a year. I'm starting to get curious about anabolics so i joined this site to hopefully learn some useful info to improve my body. I want more muscle and less fat.
