    Quick question regarding the Primaforce Phenibut scoop: Is that '300 mg' a heaping scoop, or is that leveling with the top of the scoop...? (Either way, a primaforce 250 gram capped pill seems to contain much more phenibut than what could possibly fit in that tiny scoop...:s)
