Gyno is scary but it's a gamble bro. Nothing is guaranteed 100% Just take the necessary precautions and expect the best but prepare for the worst. -

Anyone use Halo Plex?
They are white caps bro, I gained 5 lbs on week 2, Halo plex is not very mild if you've had pubertal gyno so don't underestimate it. Just from experience.. -
