I think more people who use steroids should be like me, I'm being cautious on my first run and once I get a better idea of how the compound effects my body I can begin to tweek dosages from there. People who just accept the norms blindly and just jump into gear are the ones who generally run... -

Yea I know 500 is pretty standard I'm just a little paranoid about sides on my first run (mainly anything androgenic like I said) so im being cautious with dosage, who knows if all is going well I might bump it to 5 around week 8 or so for the last 4 but we'll see how it goes -

I am new to PH's looking for advice.
you should never run 2 meythlated compounds at once (epi and halo). whether you choose to run stano-epi or stano-halo the AI is not needed on cycle as none of these 3 compounds aromatize. for pct though (anytime!) but espically when stacking compounds a SERM should be used. personally id...- Lc3933
