At least they are orange flavored. I noticed it dosnt matter if you wait to eat. Once it’s in your body it’s gonna work regardless. Lol there definetly not helpful when your trying to stick to a routine. 3 days later still hung over
Yeah man I’m running test with it. These compounds would be just about uselesss without it. These compounds are making me lethargic. I just finished up an 8 week cycle cf Dbol at 35 or 70mg a day. DLooking back, I should have took break first.
Squatting today as part of my routine. Fatigue is setting in later. Beautiful thing of Pro’s is they kick in quick. I’m doing 285 for 5 sets of triples. My weight is at the same. It hasn’t even been long enough for the water I may holding on to to register on the scale.
It depends on your goals. You could reach a great physique just by picking up some dumb bells a jump rope, using a play ground and what’s outside. Cover legs and chest at the gym
So far so good! My weights have gone up for the same amount of reps. I get gassed quicker when I’m on the stairmaster Wich is definetly a negative. I’m assuming it’s from using heavier weights. But I’ve also heard that Msten will make your cardio a bit tougher. Thank god Today is a rest day.
