    Ok I have posted my blood work and it seems everything is in check except my low shbg which points to high insulin. I also have issue with some low DHEA and thyroid is a lil outta whack still. So my question is can I get some opinions on what to do? I have a HRT doctor who has my testosterone...

    well I have to fix this insulin resistance issue because i do believe it is the cause of my low energy levels and loss of sex drive as well as ED. All other tests look good so just gotta fix thyroid and adrenals if they are a probelm and that should also help with insulin resistance correct?

    OK guys soo here is a question... does low shbg cause high insulin? Or does high insulin cause low shbg? Because my test dose is a lil high and IM going to drop it down to 150mg and go to dr john. My current endo has my on high amounts and doesnt even understand adrenal fatigue or how low...

    so if i should drop down to jsut 150mg a week of test cyp wait a month and see if that helps? and get everything retested? have others with insulin resistance from low shbg noticed a difference after dropping their test down some?

    well can't the high insulin due to insulin resistence be due to out of whack adrenals? I know adrenals and thyroid being low can lower sbhg.. Certain hormones raise it and certain ones lower it. Once adrenals are back up that could help alot with insulin from what I understand.

    I take levoxyl 150mcg a day for my thyroid. Also if I just touch any antiestrogen my drive is even lower. So we know estrogen isnt high. Is it possible I have adrenal fatigue? I wake up tired and never fully charged. NO endorphins in my body what so ever! I know it is chemical...

    well its chinese haha. it worked fine before but all of a sudden while using it . it stopped working. its not old and it worked just fine but just stopped working. My insurance wont cover it soo i have been ordering it online. soo thats why its chinese and i have seen maybe people use this...
