Im only using the MM2k bench part of the program. I have used it before and seen great gains, however I have moved my elbows into 45 degrees and starting over.
I was thinking of starting these in about two weeks.
Monday: high weight low reps fast twitch
Flat Bench MM2K
barbell row 5x5
Incline db 3x8
sitting row 5x5
Lat pull down 5x5
Tuesday:
Rest
Wednesday:
Squat 3x5
Hip flexor machine
Dead Lift 3x5
Barbell Lunges 3x5
Thursday:
Hammer curl 2x8...
How many Calories should this be? If I eat 4k to 4300 a day to bulk should recomp be at 3500-3700? And What about carbs, fat and protein on both workout days and non workout days?
Well no real reason for 75 upper and 15 lower really. Im doing the big 3 of bench squat and dead and then lunges. I dont do any workouts where I need to press over my head for throwing reasons and Power cleans I dont have the flexibility and I have injured my wrist to the point of almost carpal...
