Thanks! I might take you up on that. I'm about to start training again. I had to take a break for a while. With my 4 kids on summer break it is as just to hard to stay consistent.
Fatloss and cutting are my goals. I have a little bit of some stubborn fat from my last pregnancy that just seems to want to stick around. I'm eating good and training regularly for an hour a day 5 days a week and it's just hanging on like a stage 4 clinger lol
