Alright everyone... I got back from my trip last night. I will be starting the pulse sometime this week. I need to just order a few more things then im going to start it up. So stay tuned!

OK... here is a update on what this log is going to do! i will keep the log going but instead of leaving for a month it will be 10 days of travel sooooo i will take a 10 day intermission starting the 31st then jump into the phera pulse on the 10th!!

I think this will be the last week of the log... im going to have to take a 4 week break because im getting sent away for work... and i dont want to start the pulse unless i know i will have a good schedule. but we will see! More info to come

workout: startd slow but then i was in the zone. my trap was still hurting me a little at first but after i workd it some it feels way better

I will prolly reach my goal b4 the phera is over... if i dont feel i have put on to much fat i'll keep rolling to 230!!!! if i feel to chunky i'll just try to recomp at 220 til the timeframe is over. but dont worry i'll keep logging!
