    No, SubQ by far is better absorption. Sublingual has shown to not be as effective. SubQ is also delivered faster as well..though you may not notice as much of an effect if your not B12 deficient

    Was wondering what the ingredients are that're in the Bulk PFull? I'm looking to pick this up with some Bulk Cissus, but I'd like to know if this is the PFull that has the Muira in it too..thanks guys
