I have been lifting off and on for a while now and keep putting on weight, which was the plan to start with. Although, now for work I travel and don't have access to a gym all the time. I'm trying to get rid of my pooch and love handles. I just started back at the gym last week. Any tips...
Should these be taken everyday on a cycle or should they be taken every other day or even 5 days on 2 days off. The more I seem to read further and further the more conflicting arguments I happen to run into. Can some one shed some light please
