    Thank you everyone. My diet has been consisting of strictly lean meat and vegetables with a protein bar in between. I will keep this thread updated and once again thank you all for the help.

    Should these be taken everyday on a cycle or should they be taken every other day or even 5 days on 2 days off. The more I seem to read further and further the more conflicting arguments I happen to run into. Can some one shed some light please
